The company is building an innovative portfolio of products and technologies to support the growth of private Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISPs) in the 5G era. The company was incubated inside CompTek International, a distributor of networking gear that Mr. Boynton co-founded in 1990, and is based in Amsterdam with R&D and manufacturing operations in Yekaterinburg, Russia. Mr. Boynton serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

ArxEd is dedicated to providing a safe learning environment for students and staff in schools across Massachusetts. The company has developed a SaaS platform that simplifies and improves compliance with local, state, and federal regulations by delivering mandated training content and retaining compliance data. The company’s subscription-based services provide an engaging, efficient, and turnkey solution that can reduce liability exposure around issues including bullying, sexual assault, and Title IX compliance. Mr. Boynton serves as Chairman.

BTM Partners
BTM owns the Boston Pride, Toronto Six, and Metropolitan Riveters, member clubs in the Premier Hockey Federation. The 6-team PHF is the home of professional women’s ice hockey in North America. Mr. Boynton serves on the PHF’s Board of Governors.
